How Work Hours & Pay stays close to your rota
You set day and night working times, unpaid breaks, hourly rates, and a pay cycle once per schedule. RotaFlow then shows scheduled hours and an estimated gross pay figure that follows the same pattern, swaps, and special days already in your calendar. Overnight shifts flow naturally into the next day when the end time is earlier than the start time, so there is no extra toggle to remember.

Rates, premiums, and earnings stay on your device as local schedule data — the feature is optional and introduces no new paid tier. Pro users can go further with day and night rates, weekend and public-holiday multipliers, overtime rules, and date-specific working-time overrides.
