What you need to know.
No tracking or analytics
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party trackers. Ever.
No ads
RotaFlow is funded by purchases and Pro subscriptions—not advertising or your data.
Your schedule stays on device
Shifts are stored locally by default and the app works fully offline.
Optional iCloud sync
Enable sync and data goes to your own Apple iCloud account—not our servers.
No data sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your shift data with anyone.
What we collect
As little as possible.
- No account—no names, emails, phone numbers, or usernames.
- No usage analytics—we don't track how or when you use the app.
- No ad identifiers—no IDFA or ad tracking.
- Support data only when you contact us, and only what you share.
How your data is stored
Your schedule is yours alone.
- Local by default—patterns, special days, swaps, and earnings live on your device.
- Works offline—plan and manage shifts with no internet.
- Optional iCloud sync—encrypted in your private Apple account.
- No servers store your schedules—everything is device-first.
Website privacy
Same principles as the app.
- No web analytics or page tracking.
- No advertising or retargeting.
- No cookies beyond what's needed to serve pages.
- No third-party tracking integrations.
Payment security
Handled by Apple, not us.
- All purchases go through Apple's secure App Store.
- We never see card numbers, billing addresses, or payment data.
- We only verify receipts with Apple to confirm Pro access.
Your rights and choices
You stay in control.
- Turn off iCloud sync anytime—data stays on device.
- Delete data anytime—clear it in-app or uninstall.
- Request support-email deletion whenever you like.
- No profiling—we never build behavioral profiles.
- Policy changes are dated above, with notice for material updates.
