On iPhone Duo, Today and Calendar spread across the large inner display: your shift sits beside upcoming days, the month sits beside the day’s agenda, and nothing lands on the fold.
Layouts adapt to the space available, so iPad multitasking and resized windows look right. Tabs keep their place when you fold, unfold or resize.
Widgets and Apple Watch switch to the new day at midnight, show “No rota yet” until you save a schedule, and stay readable in StandBy.
Shift reminders and notifications follow your rota’s time zone, even after you travel.
Siri and Shortcuts phrases work in all 17 languages. With Siri open beside RotaFlow, it can see the rota day you’re viewing.
Pay and overtime are more accurate: decimal rates and hours work again, and each overtime entry keeps the rate it was saved with.
Sync Recovery keeps the last 10 copies of each kind of data, so you can choose which one to restore by date.
Confirmed Trade Board trades now update both people’s rotas, and deleting entries asks for confirmation first.
